The ZAZA kid`z had a great start in 2023!

Faudhany is happy to have a hot meal on the table when he is back from school which was not possible without our support. Before he experienced some days without eating anything. Taking Faudhany to day school made it possible for his mother to work during the day and make sure Faudhany does not go to bed without dinner. Faudhany’s progress at school is rewarding, he enjoys all subjects at school and football is his favourite extra curriculum activity to do. We are happy to see him and his mother happy and healthy.

Karen and Sharon are in boarding school, these two sisters are inseparable and their performance is remarkable. Since their mother Elizabeth is not mentally stable she doesn’t visit them at school every day. They do miss their mother and we sometimes find a way to connect them during parents visitation time to school. Before we took them to school Karen and Sharon went days and days without having any meal. They suffered from unstable health conditions and slept on the floor of their mud hut. Now we are happy that they sleep well, and their health is stable and they get all the necessary needs for a kid to prosper and grow. This holiday we found a home for them where we paid for their accommodation, food, and all other needs. Karen has upgraded class to the primary level and enjoys studying very much. Sharon is now in an intermediate-class nursery, they are both very smart, loving, and happy kids.

Zukra is shy by nature, she grew up without a mother. Her grandmother and her father take care of her. Taking Zukra to school helped her father to go to work full-time to provide for her and her grandmother. When we first met Zukra she had dandruff all over her head. We took her to the hospital where she was provided with medication that healed her completely, now she is healthily stable and dandruff free. She is progressing well and enjoys her studies and all activities at school.

We at Zaza-chf are happy to see all the positive outcomes from the kids and see them happy and healthy. With your generous help, we managed to cover all the costs for our street children and orphans.
